Booking policy
Cancellations
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed Appointments
If an appointment is not canceled in advance and a client does not show up, 100% of the service total will be required before booking a new appointment.
Late Arrivals
We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well.
If you arrive 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can provide the best service to all clients.
